A: Rodd,
The Dust Control Product is usually applied to the floor of your booth. It acts as as binding agent keeping the overspray dust and dirt clumped together for easy clean up and less air borne disbursement. It will stay somewhat tacky to help keep the floor dust and debris bound together.
